Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use Volo. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Volo lets you capture thoughts and turns them into posts written in your own tone and formatted for the network you choose. You decide what to publish; Volo prepares the post, and in version 1.0 you publish it yourself by copying or sharing it.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

You keep all rights to the ideas, recordings, and posts you create. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service for you - storing your content, transcribing it, generating posts, and providing search. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Volo offers a free plan and a paid plan, Volo Plus. Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your store account before the renewal date. Current prices are shown in the app and on the store listing.

Refunds. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refund requests are handled according to those platforms' policies. Please contact Apple or Google support for refund inquiries.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create content that violates Apple or Google content policies or any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, reverse-engineer, or extract the underlying models or infrastructure of the Service.
• Abuse the generation pipeline (for example, automated or excessive probing queries).
• Use the Service to infringe the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Payment activity is flagged as fraudulent by the store or RevenueCat.
• You abuse the generation pipeline.
• You use the Service for content that violates Apple or Google content policies.

You may appeal a suspension by writing to hello@voloapp.space. We do not promise a fixed response time.

The Service is provided "as is". Generated posts are drafts you review before publishing; you are responsible for what you choose to publish. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.

We may update these Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
